Pods don't matter since they're perms
You are going to have a very hard time coming up with 6 Perms with each school.. especially if you use pods
For example.. who are Alabama’s Perms?
A1 Alabama
A2
A3
A4
B1
plus 3 perms for B1
C1
plus 3 perms for C1
D1
plus 3 perms for D1
You can line them out but one of those groups is likely to contain TX, OU, A&M, Missouri, so one of those has to be a Perm for Alabama

True. But it's better to match schools than choose only 1 (or remve ALL perms).
As I said, this is keeping ALL rivalry games, so we're just adding to them.
In your example, Aub. could be B1, Tn. as C1, & MSU as D1 (with Vandy, LSU, & Mizz. as A2/3/4). Your rivals DON'T have to be in your pod & that game is still played. I got that idea when they kept listing Aub. & Ga. in separate pods & DSOR played as "non-conf." or when their respective pods met. Sorry, but a conf. opponent means CONF. GAME!
