Well by not being able to stockpile the same crazy amount of talent, we won’t be processing the guys who actually WANT to be at Alabama out of the program anymore. We can still pay enough to hold a few Uber-talented mercenaries, but we will also see dudes who are from Bama and grew up loving Bama take on bigger roles.
