Sadly for Auburn, unless Bama is on probation (only reason they won in the Tubberville days) then Auburn will always be the ugly stepchild to Alabama, regardless if there is a decline from Saban or not.

Has been dreamed about since the third year of sabans tenure cause BAMA was just a stepping stone to his next gig .
I guess if you predict it every year eventually you could be correct. Like Saban’s retirement……. 17 years later.

So Bama has been on probation every year except the Bahr and Saban years? Because those are the only times Auburn hasn’t been the better program.
