only problem with old school college baseball coaches is they are loyal to a fault. If you’re a senior who’s “paid his dues” and was good enough to really be in the 3/4 hole in earlier years when it was another seniors “time” will get to be that middle of the lineup guy no matter how bad they’re doing.
