re: Do we start keeping coaches?

I posted this in another thread but Grubbs and a few other coaches have been with DeBoer since their Sioux Falls days.

Obviously, at Alabama you have a larger spotlight and more visibility which will inevitably mean more jobs, etc. I definitely think there is a sense of brotherhood but I could also see Grubbs and some other folks leave for non-lateral roles (i.e. OC to HC, WR to OC, etc.)
