No need to twist my words or make up something I did not say to try to get your opinion across.
The formula is to outwork the other guys. that's always been the formula....as a whole. Nobody, and i mean nobody out recruited Alabama at your height.
1. Identify talent.
2. Acquire talent
3. Develop talent.
4. Prepare
5. Win
There is not secret sauce. Saban was just able to put the process on steroids. Yes. Kirby Smart learned that from him.

And this why Kirby is probably the best coach out there now. Nothing in the process gets overlooked.
