he’s still “learning on the job” but unlike Mike White there are signs of him actually learning.

Still in wait and see mode but he’s improved the roster through the portal and knows how to run an exciting modern offense. Also the free throw shooting % improved after it was abysmal the first half of the year.

Still has a long way to go to be the Guy but he’s showing enough as an up and comer to give him some benefit of the doubt for now
