Last time I checked, he beat Oregon twice and Texas (the almighty SEC) once

Does Bama have a Michael Penix waiting?
I get being a fan and being excited no matter what but I would think most reasonable Bama fans (like the ones I hang around) would have some reservations on the guy.
His two years at UW he had a kinda unicorn at quarterback. Penix’s accuracy and ability to read defenses was exceptional. He also had unbelievable receivers the past two years. Does Kalen win so many games with a Jake Browning/Milroe type of quarterback? I would guess not.
