Why is that unbelievable? Norvell is a great coach who has shown the ability to build and SUSTAIN a program.

I think Norvell is a great coach. Similar profile to DeBoer: former WR who knows how to scheme up an offense that fits his talent. I don't think either guy has demonstrated sustainment because they've bounced around a lot.

Hard to know. So far he's had two consecutive seasons at FSU of 10+ wins and two seasons at Memphis.
He might be a great one or one who can steal some success every few years in lesser conferences.

When? Where? He’s a great coach but hasn’t ever been anywhere past 4 years, he’s young. How’s he do when that cycle of coaching hires comes over 6/7/8/10 years?
