Sorry but my arse would stay in Seattle. Comparable money, less stress, and plenty to do. If you want nature the whole state of Washington provides.

TBH, I'm city enough and Upper South enough to get a culture shock in some parts of the South. I can't imagine coming from out of region.

Not really. He's from Milbank SD, population 3426. The only shock will likely be the humidity in summer.

Probably less wild than growing up in South Dakota and going to Seattle
