It's just not the same thing bud. There was a bad hire before Urban came so expectations high but nothing compared to replacing a guy with Saban's success.
The other caveat, is knowing Saban will still be hovering around the program.

I really don't see it. Micromanagers need total control or distance. They can't function just "advising"
