I don't know... Just giving the criteria. It's the search committee job to find the ones to fit.
This is like asking me who I'm going to hire to fill open positions at work. I put out requirements, recruiters bring me names. I interview and hire.

The other criteria is having guys who want to leave their current jobs for this one. There’s only a handful of guys that fit your criteria and pretty much all of them already have big jobs.
You’re basically setting yourself up for extreme disappointment no matter who Bama hires

The difference being that in this case, the names that fit your criteria are high profile and known (as opposed to those you interview for work).
So, why don't you give us the name(s) that you think fit your criteria?
