The thing I’ll give DeBoer and his staff credit for is they looked like Michigan was going to run them off the field but their no name defense actually gave them a fighting chance until they were exhausted.


He’s known for offense but they made good adjustments. Can’t really anticipate your veteran QB game having his worst game in a while even when playing an elite defense. Penix missing a large bundle of wide open throws cost them this game.

That 3rd down play where their LBer without even looking at the guy that was coming off the line to run an out and went into phase covering him perfectly to stop the completion was wild. Dude's are definitely well coached.
