Remember back when LSU fans used to talk about number of ex-players in the NFL like that was the real measure of program success? Obviously this was back in the days before Alabama passed them in that category. Anyway, I bet soon they will be talking about "statistical titles" the same way.
OTHER TEAM FAN: "My team won the NC this year!"
LSU FANS: "Yeah, but how many statistical titles did they win? That's how you know which team was actually the best. Wins and losses are such a boomer thing to brag about! LSU 2024 number-of-passes-caught-behind-the-line-of-scrimmage national champs!"
