NCAA Rule 11.6.1 states IN-PERSON scouting from COACHES, PLAYERS, & TEAM PERSONNEL is prohibited...not Coaches, players, team personnel, people who know coaches, players, & team personnel, and people who know the people of coaches, players, & team personnel...WTF?
