It is interesting to read both sides of the quarterback and OC discussion. I for one do not believe you can evaluate Rees as long as Milroe is playing. When he threw those two interceptions straight to the defense in the Texas game gave me my first clue. I suspect Rees is not great. You really do not know how good somebody is at their profession until you see how they react in a crisis or critical situation. Sully landing that airplane in the river is a good example of someone who knew exactly what to do in a certain situation. How many pilots would have made that choice? Quarterbacks that are good or great react to adverse situations the right way. Milroe has repeatedly demonstrated he does not have that capability and more experience will not solve the problem. As a young quarterback Ken Stabler threw the ball out of bounds on fourth down to stop the clock. That was inexperience as his career demonstrated. There is enough evidence at this point that Milroe's ability to play quarterback cannot be chalked up to inexperience.
