Sure it is. The SEC gets to claim all Oklahoma and Texas stats now that they have been absorbed by the SEC.

Let's say that you have 3 crawdads and I buy your home, your land, and your crawdads.

Those crawdads are now mine and I can add them to my gumbo, if I wish. Even though they were your crawdads before I bought them and they were born before I bought them, I still get to claim them because I bought them.

Now that it is put that way, do you understand?

So dumb. Barry Sanders does not have the the single season TD record in the Big 12, he has it in the Big 8.

The records and stats don't move. Half those running backs never played in the SEC so they don't get listed when discussing best RBs that PLAYED in the SEC. They were never in the SEC. Just stop this nonsense.

No rational person would list Adrian Peterson has one of the best SEC running backs of all time. It's not logical. Why? Think hard about it.
