BY is 5’10” and Milroe is 6’2” on the current roster. But I was thinking the same thing along these lines today…..

1) The height differential between QBs

2) The ability of the QB to understand what is happening on the field before the snap. Meaning not only reading the defense, but also understanding protections, understanding players in motion on offense, the timing of the snap, etc.

BAMA went from an elite QB to an elite athlete at the QB position with questionable field vision. Who has deficiencies beyond fielding bad snaps, that might not be able to be coached out of him.

The regression in the barner game should’ve set off warning bells, but folks seemed to pass over it with 4th & 31 and UGA the next week.

bryce was shorter than milroe. the low snaps werent as low on him as milroe. they didnt have as severe of an affect on bryce, even tho thy were still there. and i agree, bryce was way more cooler in these situations than milroe. milroe losses all sense of any play and panics. plus, milroes pocket awareness isnt in the same atmosphere as bryces.
