Seems to work well with pre-snap motion and a QB who can make short and intermediate passes? And an OL that can execute. Maybe some “dual threat” TEs on the roster. What parts was Alabama missing in that equation?

You said “90% of the time” too, so there’s that. But that 12 personnel sure seems to give modern NFL defenses fits. College level defenses as well.
