No one is teaching anything. They are not quitters-but they are pissed off players who know they were screwed. What other sport does that? Not baseball, basketball-simple-you win all your games-you will have a chance to compete for the big Kahuna. Yes TCU got blown out-too bad for them but Florida State is not TCU. Subjectivity played a part in the rankings each week but guess what-when it was all said and done-you had 3 undefeated teams form power 5 conferences so it was simple-they deserved the spots BEFORE any one loss team period. The subjectivity should have been involved choosing the 4th team between Texas and Alabama. True, Texas beat Bama, but the committee used the ole "Bama is a much different team than the one Texas beat" in choosing them along with all the other variables. I am not a Florida State fan and I do like Alabama but no matter how you look at it-Florida State got screwed!

I watched the game. They’re quitters.

Both teams had an opportunity to make a case for themselves as to why they should have been included in the championship playoff. One team embraced the opportunity. The other team took their ball and went home.
