Yeah. The problem is that once you go that far down you are talking about a team who has little chance to win four games to finish it off. An upset in the first round might happen, but unlikely they'll be able to do it four times.

12 teams doesn't really fix anything. This year was an anomaly with so many deserving teams in the top 8. Usually you have 2 teams clearly better than everyone else, a third team that's separated itself and 2 or 3 more teams that could go in at 4. Usually resulting in 2 blowout semifinals. With 12 you will get 4-6 more blowouts and still end up with the 2 teams you likely would have gotten any way. Am I a little excited to see it? Sure. Is Georgia the last time I want to play again this year? If I m being honest, you bet your arse.
