The committee has to balance the deserving resume vs. a team's ability to compete in the playoff. FSU had a good resume, but their vulnerability without their QB1 was all too evident.

FSU had a shite resume. They played a glorified group of five schedule.
Now Alabama? That was a "good schedule".
