You rip up the 1st three feet then place down the proper soil the go to work.
Unless you live in Buffalo or hr have an indoor stadium you should have grass.
Texas not having grass is insane.
They have $ its just being lazy.
The baseball field is the same way out.
Texas needs to upgrade is playing surfaces
