re: What is the first actual play you remember?

I remember listening to the LSU/USC game in 1979 with John Ferguson on the call. My brother and I paced around the house the entire game. I'll never forget the facemask call with USC driving and the Tigers leading 12-10 that gave them new life and ultimately led to the game-winning TD. I didn't see it but in some ways the radio made it even more maddening because you couldn't actually see what was happening.
