I don't know how the prosecution can prove that he knew that had it. Kids are stupid. Unless you can prove that a doctor told him...which would violate privacy laws.

This is at least the 3rd time today that he's been arrested for this incident.

Link? I didn't see this in any of the news reports. Al.com reported a previous traffic related arrest.
