It was so savvy that four teams left the conference. Which meant that you all had to leave or be relegated to the Big 12.

If only Texas was able to get a $300 million contract for their own tv network, win multiple directors cups and eventually catapult themselves into the college football playoff after winning the conference in their last season in the Big 12...
Oh wait... they did all of those things
