Just a question, but with the playoffs will the conference championship game result in an automatic bid for the playoffs even if the champions are a 3 or 4 loss team. Kind of like the basketball tournament.
That could make it interesting. It will become more difficult to go undefeated with no divisions probably so someone could slip in.
But I doubt a 3 or 4 sec loss team will slip in without divisions though.

Doubtful that there will ever be a 3-4 loss SEC team that comes in second in the conference. It could probably only occur in a conference with horribly balanced divisions like the B1G. Iowa could easily have lost that many this year with their terrible offense.
