I would say bama would have every argument in the world to be in the top 4 in that case, yes. Because they wouldn't have any blemishes on their record.

Yeah, and there were no special circumstance this year whatsoever. No star player being injured for one of the undefeated teams. Definitely not a #1 v #4 SEC Championship Game that looked like the Natty, while FSU struggled to do anything against Louisville until the got into the wildcat and broke off a singular big run.
