If that hadn't been the absolute pinnacle of their season/schedule, maybe they wouldn't have gotten bumped by two different 1-loss teams.
Dammit, give me credit. That was a good one on my part

Without their QB they were going to lose by 30 to any of the other teams anyway.

So did Liberty based on this logic.
We are a G5 team that played a G5/FCS schedule this year. I am proud of what we accomplished this year, but we are not worthy of a CFP bid.

F FSU and their big government power play. Guess what? They're not going to be in the CFP no how much they stomp, pout and litigate. They don't belong. And their antitrust gambit over a justifiable jilting (according to the committee's standards) is laughable. I feel bad for their players, including their injured QB, but not for the school, or the so-called "small government" governor, senator and AG, among others.

Gotta understand that "small government" types usually just means "taking away government programs that help people we don't like and redirecting the money to people we do like."

Nobody seeks the commanding heights only to shrink the power of the levers and buttons they now control.

UW played a much better schedule than UGA. The Dawgs were seriously hurt by the (relative) weakness of the SEC Least, the cancellation of the OU game, and a terrible OOC schedule. I don’t disagree that they might beat UW, but objectively there is zero reason other than recency bias to put them in over the Huskies.

An FSU team with their healthy star QB earned the right to be in the CFP

FIFY

They had no shot without him, some of us prefer the playoff games to be competitive.

Hell, they barely beat our sorry arse team and thats with our FR QB making his first start.

You are either stupid or know nothing about UGA. Georgia ended this season playing ranked teams - Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Misery and beat them all.
The SEC canceled the game with Oklahoma. Not Georgia. Too bad as it would no doubt have been a blowout win for UGA judging from Oklahomas recent endeavors.
In the past 2 years UGA has played Oregon, Ohio State, TCU - when they were undefeated and playing for a Natty- Michigan, Clemson, FSU, Alabama, and the #1 four day wonder UT - and beat them ALL. They also played various SEC teams like UK, AU, Ark, etc who were ranked until UGA destroyed them. Georgia is something like 46 or 47 and 2. Don’t know of a program who can match that. Like it or not. Georgia is damn good. And next year should be even better. # 1 recruiting classes have that effect.
Who the hell is UW?

I’m not stupid and I know plenty about Georgia. I respect your program. But objectively y’all played a weaker schedule than the other playoff teams - there is actually data to prove this! And your performance over the last two years has no bearing on THIS season. Subjectively (key word) - yes, I think UGA is probably one of the best teams in the country. But your fanbase crying about teams that absolutely based upon resume getting in above you, and more absurdly, claiming that y’all should be # 1 even if Texas beats the only team to beat you - twice - is exhausting.
