Who is not tampering? Guys are entering the portal and committing within hours. You just don't like that you're losing someone that matters. The portal giveth and taketh. Go replace him.

He can have a myriad of reasons why he wants to leave. A coach can have a myriad of reasons for taking another job too.

It doesn't mean he won't be successful at his next stop.
