Mizzou had a great season this year. But it’s hard to recruit at Mizzou- current recruiting class is ranked #28 which is good enough for 14th in the league.

It’s not “hard” to recruit to mizzou. Hell, drink had the #6 in sec recruiting class 2 years ago off of a 500 season.

This year, we’re going to portal route, and it’s already looking good. #1 CB landed, with a very good chance at a T5 RB.

That class finished #18 according to On3, but would be just 10th in the SEC if you include TX and OU…. Hate to tell you but if your best recruiting class in a decade is 10th in your league, you likely aren’t going to go on a sustained run of winning championships.

Like I said, Drinkwitz has done a great job. I’d take Auburn’s current situation over Mizzou’s in a heartbeat. Freeze was the best OM coach since Vaught. He’s about to land a Top 10 class at Auburn despite all of our recent struggles. Things are looking up and I think we have more to work with than Mizzou has… just being honest
