Stroud was a much better QB with better receivers and he still got stomped by Michigan twice, both much worse than McCord, and was never in danger of getting benched by the same coaching staff.
Wonder what else may be going at OSU.

Yeah, Day was certainly non-committal.
Maybe he was trying to send a message, but it does seem like they could've had prior beef.
