Some of the UGA beat reporters are really well-connected. All you have to do is have 3 or 4 solid sources within the program, and it can be any combination of assistant coaches, water boys, secretaries, analysts, admissions people.
I just think that Downs pulled an old switcharoo at the very last minute.
