What else are they supposed to do when it comes to OOC scheduling?
Teams in weaker conferences are told to schedule multiple more difficult OOC opponents to mitigate the weaker conference schedule. FSU scheduled not one, but two.
With OOC games scheduled years in advance, do you just have to rely on luck and chance?

But I've learned in last 2 weeks from the Iron Bowl that you throw rankings out the window in rivalry games. Is that not true?
FWIW, I do think Bama is better than FSU and that the playoff should be conference champs only and not subjective best 4 teams, so Bama and FSU would both be in my version of a playoff.
