Yeah, I don't think this says what LSU fans want it to say.

AP had no problem leap-frogging a 1-loss team over an undefeated. Interesting.

Because FSU clearly isn’t better without Travis but voters can’t bring themselves to completely drop them out of the top 4 because they’re afraid of the heat they’ll get for it.

Its the media. They don't use logic. They vote for who their readers like and don't like.

This isn't one person's ballot, but an aggregation of votes. Sure a lot of voters put both Texas and Alabama ahead of FSU and a lot kept FSU in front of both. This is just how it all averaged out.
