Unless Alabama blows UGA's doors off and Oregon looks terrible in a win, it's Oregon in that scenario based on the love Oregon has received all year.
Of the committees espoused criteria to focus on for differentiation among close teams: championships won, SoS, head to head, and common opponents, UTx beats out Bama and Oregon; Bama beats out Oregon. However, unless they simply refuse to leave out an SEC team, I'm fairly certain they disregard the criteria and go straight eye test in Oregon's favor.
It would suck, but you have to win your games. So, it is what it is. It honestly sucks more for UGA slipping from 1 to 5 due to a single post-season loss after the run they've been on.
