Mizzou is not dropping out of NY6 Bowl. They were #9 and just pounded Arkansas on National TV. They have a really good QB, star RB and WR and a pretty solid defense. This committee loves Mizzou. Ole Miss was #12 and struggled against Miss St. Mizzou is a feel good story for media.

Let's say Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, Florida St, and Texas win their Conf Title Games. This is the likely outcome:

Orange: Louisville (automatic if FSU makes Top 4 as highest ACC) vs Ohio St
Peach: Texas vs Tulane/SMU winner
Cotton: Mizzou vs Penn St
Fiesta: Bama vs Washington

What if Texas and Oregon win in blowouts and FSU barely beats Louisville? I could see FSU getting passed up because of their QB situation. Committee has the excuse. FSU didn't look good last week.

It could be Georgia vs Texas and Michigan vs Oregon in playoffs

Orange Bowl: FSU vs Ohio St
Peach Bowl: Mizzou vs Penn St
Cotton Bowl: Oklahoma vs Tulane/SMU (Yes, I could see OU jumping Ole Miss in this situation) Ole Miss fans would be really pissed in this situation. I am not saying I agree with it. Just saying that could happen.
Fiesta Bowl- Bama vs Washington

IF Georgia beats Alabama in the SECCG, I could see:

Alabama Vs. Washington in Peach Bowl
Mizzou vs. Texas in Cotton Bowl

That would be two interesting match ups. Of course, this would mean Oregon beats Washington and Texas is left out....meaning FSU, Michigan and Georgia win their conference championship games, and Oregon goes to the playoffs.
