I can't possibly tell you what FEELS like harassment to you my friend, no matter where I live nor where you live. What I can suggest is that a rational person who is not saddled with irrational fears or some other issue would not feel harassed in that situation. I have never felt harassed by it.

and hey, that's cool. You're right different people experience things differently. All I'm saying is...SOG specifcially used that phrase and he actually lives there. Granted he may have used it colloquially, not literally that they are harrasing the shite out of him. He may have just meant "bothering" or "annoying" , I dont' know. I just thought it was a bit strange that you woudl claim he's wrong when you aren't really in a postition to do so, wiht the roles being as they are.

There are literally tens of thousands of people exposed to it every day and you seldom hear any of them saying the felt harassed...

that is true. But thousands of those people don't post on this board in this thread. One of them does though.

They are kids. How they gonna harass an adult, especially one in a car???

well some of them (not all of course, but some) are not your average kid lol. The fact that they're under 18 doesn't preclue them from being aggressive and harassing.

You are 100% correct...and in fact there is some evidence that at least some of them are being forced into selling water by older kids and adults who take all the money. If so there is no doubt some of those people are probably dangerous. The kids themselves are merely annoying. It is incredibly unsafe as well...I have seen them pushing one another into traffic they are so thick. The thought of running a kid down in the street is troubling for anyone who ain't sick....but being fearful of the kid is not rational.
