The 50 acre Centennial Yards Development (the gulch area) will transform the area over the next decade. It recently began in the hole right next to MBS with phase 1. A new hotel and apartment tower is underway. People visiting this Saturday will see the tower cranes. CIM out of California is the construction manager and the master plan for the development is exciting.

I'm hoping it will at least transform the Westside of Downtown with the Museums and State Farm/Benz. That area definitely has the most to currently offer and the Gulch project looks to be something that should make it more all encompassing.

BUT UNTIL THEN, MARGARITAVILLE!
