I do not live in Augusta but I do live in the Augusta area. I also spend a LOT of time in Atlanta. I was born and raised in Atlanta and lived ITP for the first 35 years of my life. I can't possibly tell you what FEELS like harassment to you my friend, no matter where I live nor where you live. What I can suggest is that a rational person who is not saddled with irrational fears or some other issue would not feel harassed in that situation. I have never felt harassed by it. There are literally tens of thousands of people exposed to it every day and you seldom hear any of them saying the felt harassed...most simply feel annoyed because it might cause some congestion. If you are saying the little bastards can back up traffic you would be spot on...but harassed???? They are kids. How they gonna harass an adult, especially one in a car???
