I'm aware of this; however, being responsible for everything doesn't mean everything is granted equal importance. Some things are more crucial to sustained success in college football than others.
I don't think you learn "how" to recruit from being a head coach, but rather from the previous head coach you work for. You typically don't learn the "how" of complex roles once they're thrust upon you - tweak, refine, customize as your own, sure. Not the "how" though.
Folks aren't given a scalpel and a patient to learn "how" to operate. That comes after a lot of information has already been imparted onto you.

So, you agree that Saban learned how to do all that from someone else?

True, and in regards to this, 12 years Head coaching experience > 8 years assistant coaching experience
And it’s not even including close. Absurd to see you continue to argue the opposite of this.
