Its an embarrassing loss, a low point, but its a outlier from the trend of positive results from Freeze.
The loss ultimately doesn't matter unless Freeze and the staff lets the team quit and give up on the season after this, then yes we are in trouble. Its all about how the team and program respond.
This was a coaching loss all the way around. A decent coaching staff is going to take the blame externally and internally then coach the players through it and come out better because of it.
I'd argue 3-9 was the low point since we hadn't had a record that bad since the 50s. The next season we played for a title.

lol the thing is this is actually the trend for Hugh Freeze coached teams.
This fricker lost to Memphis after beating #1 Bama then lost to Arkansas on a 4th and 25 (same season) when a stop would have sent ole miss to Atlanta.
