does explain why he lost at least 4 games in 2021 to teams with inferior talent

So, Gus left a viable enough operation? I’ve heard multiple times the last few years that Auburn’s talent is why they’ve been losing a lot of games.

Yes, Gus left Auburn with a viable operation to beat most teams. They had a 56% on the blue chip ratio when Harsin’s showed up. Hell as much as Florida Fans bitch about Mullen they still have a 64% on the blue chip ratio this season.

in 2021, AU lost to the following teams with significantly inferior talent on paper:
MSU
South Carolina
Houston

also lost to a TAMU squad playing with its 2nd string QB who eventually ended up at an FCS school
