That is subjective. I do not think he is as good as Daniels but he could be better than Bo and Penix. I do not believe the PAC is close to the SEC. They are benefiting from a weaker conference and playing in a more wide open offense.

Daniels is in another atmosphere this year. He should easily win the Heisman.
Beck is good. He does what is asked of him. He is accurate and protects the ball.
But Daniels is the total package of passing and running and that is extremely dangerous. He puts a lot of pressure on the defenses and stresses them.
