The building is part of the atmosphere though.
When we go to the Durham Bulls games, yeah that stadium is a part of that. It's a cool stadium.
When people go to a Cowboy's game, that stadium is a part of that experience and atmosphere yeah?

And a Cowboys game will never feel like a big college game even if the college game were played in the same stadium. It just won't.
