College game? I seem to recall the 2015 Tennessee game being particularly frigid. They were handing out Mizzou themed neck gaiters to fans walking in the stadium.

Coldest ever was probably Arrowhead against the Colts in 2013 (the regular season game)...we were in the upper deck and the wind was whipping. The kind of cold where you had to go to the bathroom every so often just for warmth.

For me, it was the Big 12 Championship Game in 2008 at Arrowhead. It was in the teens and the WC was below zero. OU was blowing out Missouri by halftime, and the 2 OU fans sitting next to my girlfriend and me were super nice about it. That was all fine, but after trying to warm up during timeouts in the restrooms for 3 quarters, we left.
