Nolan is probably my favorite player of the Kirby era.
Came in as the #1 recruit and had no problem sitting behind a few guys at first. Became the leader of the defense and continued to be the team’s biggest leader last year even when he was out for the season.
Never had a bad attitude about anything, and I don’t believe he ever got a late hit or unnecessary roughness call in his 4 years here. He was the ultimate teammate and a perfect representative for UGA, it’s not something you would expect from someone who got as much hype as he did out of high school.

He also got hurt at the end of last year and had to miss the semi-final against Ohio state. Unlike some other teams we had enough depth to still win and don't have to point to his absence as an excuse.
