re: We banned Scoper for being critical of Pearl?

Here’s my .02 worth. I’ve been here since this board has been open. Scope and his alter, which I only learned yesterday was also banned, are the only two I now know of that were banned. There could be a couple of more but I am not sure. There really hasn’t even been that many warnings given. In fact, I have seen more complaints both serious and fun, calling out the mods here for not doing a better job policing the board.

So we are going to hold an inquisition when one poster is given a timeout just from our board? We’re going to throw around righteous indignation as if our board is turning into Auburn Eagle or AUFamily? I think Rig, Ross, LCT, have shown tremendous restraint and responsibility all these years with the authority they have over the board. If Rig made a choice to give a poster a short timeout, I’m not going to worry about it as if he is being reckless or dictator like. It’s a very rare occurrence so it just doesn’t seem like an issue to get all bothered about, but that’s just my opinion.
