Yeah I agree with all that.

My thing is people overly fixate on the players when a good OC can scheme around deficiencies or adapt without having to go to halftime (also keep running adapted plays not revert to what wasn't working).

Yea, I'm hoping that the 2nd half vs Tennessee plus the bye weekend let us concentrate on what we've seen that works and start moving away from some of the stuff that doesn't. The offense has flaws, but there is a gameplan that can make this a very good offense - both explosive and efficient. It definitely involves more designed QB runs and running outside and less RB dives on 1st and 10, though
