I went to see him vs. Calvary several weeks ago and wasn’t overly impressed. That’s not to say he’s a bad player, just didn’t particularly stand out.

I like Ahmad Breaux a good bit more, as he is getting reps all across the DL under the tutelage of Kyle Williams. At 6’2.5” & 265-lbs., I don’t believe it will be a problem for him to bulk up to that 295-lbs. range and be someone that can play as a 3-tech.

If we can flip Reliford and get 2-3 guys from JUCO & the portal, we will be fine IMO.

Furthermore, I believe we have a decent shot of getting Mason Smith and Savion Jones to return next season because they haven’t exactly lit the world on fire this year…..

All of this. Also, LSU has hit the nail on the head with DL transfers in the portal. Wingo, Swinson, and Jefferson have all been great for us. I know LSU can pick up some well seasoned, damn good transfer DL in the portal. Get the JUCO DL we are on, get Reliford, and bulk Jones up to 295 and play him inside next year.
